Life insurance for the extremely damage-prone Boxer valve covers! However, we prefer to prevent damage in all circumstances and have developed protection for the valve cover and the sensitive cylinder bolt threads in the cylinder that is optimal in every aspect.

The facts:

  • Protection from impacts, falls and slides
  • No more grinding of holes in cover.
  • Protects the cylinder head cover from moving and destroying the cylinder bolt threads (cover attachment to head is âfloatingâ, without protection it could move at impact).
  • Protection for the front attachment bolt.
  • Optimal force distribution through shaped rubber bumpers between protector and valve cover (3M-bumper).
  • No screws etc. in the front impact area.
  • More than 4 mm (1/8â) thick replaceable slide pad on each side.
  • 3 major double strength attachment points.
  • Hard anodised aircraft-spec aluminium alloy.
  • Spark plugs can be reached without dismantling.
  • Easy to fit.
  • Complete kit for left and right.
  • Made in Germany.

    Please note: The protectors fit in combination with the original BMW crash bars, when mounting with Wunderlich crash bars the mounting kit 35611-000 is required.

Returns Policy

EU/EEA customers have a 14-day right of return from the day the goods are received. The goods must be unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging.

All returns must be pre-approved: e-mail info@mrttech.ee within 14 days of receiving the goods, stating the order number, and wait for our written confirmation before sending anything back. Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer.

Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we issue the refund within 14 days. Where possible we refund using the original payment method (for example PayPal or Stripe), otherwise by bank transfer.

Shipping

Parcel machine (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland) – €9.90. Courier (non-express) – from €19.00, within the EU and internationally, with the exact cost calculated at checkout. Collection in store at Taevakivi 1, Tallinn – free. Free delivery on orders of €500 or more. Prices include VAT where applicable.

In-stock items are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days from release from our warehouse. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — some items may take longer, for example when ordered in specially or during stock or supplier delays. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control, but we always make reasonable efforts to deliver at the earliest opportunity. This does not affect any statutory rights the customer may have as a consumer.
