The frame protector is made from prepreg specially developed for Ilmberger, a pre-impregnated carbon fabric that offers maximum strength and flexibility. Processing in the autoclave ensures perfect curing and a flawless surface. This method prevents air inclusions and ensures consistently high quality.
Our carbon parts are laminated by hand, allowing for consistent fiber alignment. Precisely cut by robots, they guarantee a perfect fit and the highest quality.
Unique Plastic Powder Coating
A worldwide unique step in Ilmberger's production is the complete plastic powder coating of all carbon parts. This protects against environmental influences and gives an incomparable depth effect. No other manufacturer offers this type of sealing, which prevents the aging of the parts and significantly extends their lifespan.
The final high-gloss clear coat layer ensures a perfect, smooth surface that highlights the luxurious-sporty look of our carbon parts.

Returns Policy
EU/EEA customers have a 14-day right of return from the day the goods are received. The goods must be unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging.
All returns must be pre-approved: e-mail info@mrttech.ee within 14 days of receiving the goods, stating the order number, and wait for our written confirmation before sending anything back. Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer.
Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we issue the refund within 14 days. Where possible we refund using the original payment method (for example PayPal or Stripe), otherwise by bank transfer.
Shipping
Parcel machine (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland) – €9.90. Courier (non-express) – from €19.00, within the EU and internationally, with the exact cost calculated at checkout. Collection in store at Taevakivi 1, Tallinn – free. Free delivery on orders of €500 or more. Prices include VAT where applicable.
In-stock items are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days from release from our warehouse. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — some items may take longer, for example when ordered in specially or during stock or supplier delays. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control, but we always make reasonable efforts to deliver at the earliest opportunity. This does not affect any statutory rights the customer may have as a consumer.
