Innovative Material: BDC

The material used, known as BDC, gives each component a unique, marble-like look. Each part is a one-of-a-kind piece, laminated by hand and cured in multiple stages in the autoclave. The various fibers of the BDC scatter the incoming light and create an unprecedented reflection.

The final clear coat layer in a satin finish accentuates the special optical properties of the material.

Unique Protective Coating

To optimally protect the high-quality material from environmental influences, we use a specially developed plastic coating. This, in combination with our clear coat, provides a unique depth effect that particularly highlights the quality of the material.

Returns Policy

EU/EEA customers have a 14-day right of return from the day the goods are received. The goods must be unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging.

All returns must be pre-approved: e-mail info@mrttech.ee within 14 days of receiving the goods, stating the order number, and wait for our written confirmation before sending anything back. Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer.

Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we issue the refund within 14 days. Where possible we refund using the original payment method (for example PayPal or Stripe), otherwise by bank transfer.

Shipping

Parcel machine (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland) – €9.90. Courier (non-express) – from €19.00, within the EU and internationally, with the exact cost calculated at checkout. Collection in store at Taevakivi 1, Tallinn – free. Free delivery on orders of €500 or more. Prices include VAT where applicable.

In-stock items are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days from release from our warehouse. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — some items may take longer, for example when ordered in specially or during stock or supplier delays. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control, but we always make reasonable efforts to deliver at the earliest opportunity. This does not affect any statutory rights the customer may have as a consumer.
