The HEL Performance bar-mounted thumb brake features a large curved lever so that it fits you ergonomically. The larger blade surface area makes it easier to use with gloves on and easier to locate without looking down. The lever can be adjusted to alter the starting position. The lever features pressed-in bearings, something we will be looking to include on the standard master cylinders in the future, to offer minimal interference.
The thumb brake includes the bar mounting kit which removes the requirement to fit to forks, making the whole process easier and features a bleed nipple so that it can be bled from either the thumb or rear caliper.
All the metal parts are machined in-house at our HQ in Exeter, UK and assembled by hand before being checked, engraved with an individual warranty number, and packaged ready for dispatch. Fully CNC machined from 6082 aluminium and finished in hard anodised black.
EU/EEA customers have a 14-day right of return from the day the goods are received. The goods must be unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging.
All returns must be pre-approved: e-mail info@mrttech.ee within 14 days of receiving the goods, stating the order number, and wait for our written confirmation before sending anything back. Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer.
Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we issue the refund within 14 days. Where possible we refund using the original payment method (for example PayPal or Stripe), otherwise by bank transfer.
Parcel machine (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland) – €9.90. Courier (non-express) – from €19.00, within the EU and internationally, with the exact cost calculated at checkout. Collection in store at Taevakivi 1, Tallinn – free. Free delivery on orders of €500 or more. Prices include VAT where applicable.
In-stock items are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days from release from our warehouse. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — some items may take longer, for example when ordered in specially or during stock or supplier delays. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control, but we always make reasonable efforts to deliver at the earliest opportunity. This does not affect any statutory rights the customer may have as a consumer.
