Improve braking performance with the Puig Brake Cooler.
The brake cooler has been designed taking into account the high performance offered by sports riding, in which its effective set of brakes is pushed to the limit, with strong and continuous braking like those on the circuit, and even more so in the hot months. This can cause overheating that reduces performance and braking sensations.
Made and manufactured in Barcelona with the latest technologies in plastic molding, it is made up of two high-end
ABS plastic covers, one for each disc and caliper assembly, creating a channel that captures the air and compacts and accelerates it to direct it. directly on the pads and the brake disc, managing to lower the temperature of the brakes by ten degrees on average as has been verified in race track tests, which allows them not to overheat and work optimally.
Its studied design, in addition to providing a more sporty and personalized aesthetic, eliminates turbulence at the front wheel by creating a partial lenticular cover that favors the motorcycle's aerodynamics, especially at high speeds. Includes sturdy, lightweight aluminum brackets finished in discreet textured black.
Assembly is quick and easy, it can be done without mechanical knowledge by following the step-by-step instructions that are supplied on paper and can be checked online. Care must be taken to apply the indicated torque to the screws to ensure that they do not loosen.
Design
Brakes are a key component for safety and precise feel while riding. However, under demanding conditions—such as intense, prolonged braking or high ambient temperatures—they can exceed optimal thermal levels, leading to reduced performance and brake feel.
With Puig’s Brake Cooler, the average operating temperature of the brake calipers is reduced by up to 10 degrees, improving both effectiveness and brake feedback. In addition, the lower deflector significantly reduces the turbulence generated around the front wheel, enhancing the bike’s overall aerodynamic behavior.

The system consists of four parts: two brake caliper cooling ducts and two wheel deflectors (“wheel covers”).
All components are designed and manufactured in Barcelona using advanced plastic molding technologies. The brackets are made of stainless steel, a strong and lightweight material with a discreet textured black finish that integrates perfectly with the motorcycle’s appearance.Aerodynamics
The Brake Cooler functions as an air duct that captures, compresses, and directs airflow straight to the brake calipers, preventing overheating and ensuring optimal performance.
The wheel deflector helps reduce turbulence at the front of the bike and compensates for the added aerodynamic resistance caused by the cooling duct. Track testing has confirmed an average 10-degree temperature drop in the brake calipers.Mounting
Installation is simple and can be completed in a few minutes by following the step-by-step instructions included on paper or available online.

Returns Policy
