Puig Spoilers D12 Honda CB750 Hornet 25 - Matt Black

General information

The new D12 spoiler line by Puig has been created with a clear goal: to put aerodynamics above all else. These side spoilers have been developed to deliver maximum aerodynamic performance on high-performance motorcycles.

The innovative double-wing design, with separate surfaces divided by a lateral spoiler, channels airflow upwards, generating greater downforce without compromising the overall aerodynamic coefficient. The angle of the surfaces has been carefully studied to offer an optimal balance between performance and stability.

Thanks to this configuration, the system delivers up to 4.4 kg of downforce on the front axle, resulting in an anti-wheelie effect, greater high-speed stability (anti-shimmie), improved braking stability, and better behavior during directional changes.

Designed and manufactured entirely in Barcelona, they combine advanced engineering with a racing-inspired design. Made from 4 mm thick CN acrylic with rounded edges for added safety, they are mounted using 2 mm metal brackets with a textured black finish.

Design

The new D12 side wing for the Honda CB750 Hornet has been designed with a purely aerodynamic approach, prioritizing performance in sporty riding without compromising aesthetics. Thanks to its innovative dual-wing system and lateral winglet, it efficiently channels airflow, generating significant downforce on the front axle. This results in better grip during hard braking, anti-wheelie effect, and increased stability in corners and at high speeds (anti-shimmy).

This wing not only improves your bike's dynamic behavior but also gives it an aggressive and personalized look that enhances its sporty character.

Designed and entirely manufactured in Barcelona by Puig’s team of engineers and designers, this wing represents the perfect blend of racing technology and street design.

Made from 4 mm thick CN acrylic with rounded edge finishes, it includes 2 mm metal brackets with textured black coating for discreet and elegant integration.

Available in matte black, gloss black, carbon-look finish, and an exclusive “S” finish with custom graphics for the most extreme users.

Dimensions: 226 mm long x 93 mm wide x 61 mm high.

Mounting

The mounting system has been designed to be accessible to any user, with no mechanical knowledge required. It includes detailed paper instructions and also offers online versions. Installation is simple, quick, and requires no drilling into the bodywork.

Aerodynamics

The shape of the wing has been studied to maximize aerodynamic efficiency, generating up to 4.4 kg of downforce on the front axle. This allows:
