These kits are designed based on the Öhlins TTX22 cartridge kit for the bigger bikes and share a lot of the features with these kits and the experience it has from top level racing around the world. As such it’s one of the most powerful cartridge kits available for 85cc bikes.
This kit has been designed to rise very low above the fork leg ends, thus allowing the forks to be mounted far up in the triple clamps with a small clearance to the handlebars. This allows for lower bikes for the smaller riders in the class. Click adjusters and air breather are easily reachable as they are angled out from underneath the handlebar.
The kit is also designed to achieve a quick and continuous response in the damping which directly slows down upcoming motions without harshness. It has a very reliable and constant damping characteristic in every stroke and during the whole race so the behavior is predictable and consistent.

Returns Policy
EU/EEA customers have a 14-day right of return from the day the goods are received. The goods must be unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging.
All returns must be pre-approved: e-mail info@mrttech.ee within 14 days of receiving the goods, stating the order number, and wait for our written confirmation before sending anything back. Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer.
Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we issue the refund within 14 days. Where possible we refund using the original payment method (for example PayPal or Stripe), otherwise by bank transfer.
Shipping
Parcel machine (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland) – €9.90. Courier (non-express) – from €19.00, within the EU and internationally, with the exact cost calculated at checkout. Collection in store at Taevakivi 1, Tallinn – free. Free delivery on orders of €500 or more. Prices include VAT where applicable.
In-stock items are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days from release from our warehouse. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — some items may take longer, for example when ordered in specially or during stock or supplier delays. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control, but we always make reasonable efforts to deliver at the earliest opportunity. This does not affect any statutory rights the customer may have as a consumer.
