Bellypan one piece Carbon - BMW S 1000 RR Street

The 1-piece street carbon engine spoiler for the BMW S 1000 RR is made from special high-temperature prepreg carbon material and was designed for use with the original exhaust system (original pre-silencer), mounting the engine spoiler requires the bracket kit item no. VEH.034.S100S.K. This kit contains the required brackets, screws and quick-release fasteners.Combined with the trim insert MSE.035.S100S.K the engine spoiler can also certainly be mounted to a Racing complete system. In this case the trim insert closes the gap resulting from the omission of the original pre-silencer.

This part is a direct replacement for the original component and contributes mainly to weight saving on the motorcycle (up to 70% less) and a higher stiffness of the parts. Like all of our carbon fibre parts, it was made according to the latest protocols and industry standards and can be considered to encompass all aspects of current 'best of industry' practice. The part is made completely out of pre-preg carbon fibre materials using an autoclave. As with all our carbon parts, we use a clear plastic coating that not only improves the appearance, but also protects the carbon fibre from scratching and has a unique UV resistance.

This bellypan can be fitted together with the original exhaust system. It is developed to cover the original muffler under the engine. Please order also the holderkit VEH.034.S100S.K to mount this bellypan. This kit includes the holders, screws, and fasteners to mount the bellypan.

Together with the Inlay MSE.035.S100S.K the bellypan is also very good to use it with a full racing exhaust. This inlay closes the gap in the rear bottom of the bellypan if the original muffler unter the engine is not mounted anymore.
