Innovative Material: BDC

The material used, the innovative BDC, gives each component a unique, marble-like look. Each part is a one-of-a-kind piece, laminated by hand and cured in multiple stages in an autoclave. The special structure of the fibers ensures a fascinating light reflection and highlights the technical properties of the material.

The final clear coat layer in timeless gloss underscores the luxurious sporty look of the component. To protect the surface from environmental influences, we use a specially developed plastic coating, which, together with the clear coat, creates a unique depth effect and emphasizes the high quality of the material.
