The material used, the innovative BDC, gives the component a unique, individual touch. The surface of each BDC part is one-of-a-kind and reminiscent of marble. At Ilmberger, the BDC is hand-laminated and cured in multiple stages in the autoclave. The various fibers scatter the incoming light and create an unprecedented reflection.

The final clear coat layer is kept in a modern silk-matte version and emphasizes the special optical properties of the material.

To optimally protect the high-quality material from environmental influences, we use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. This, in combination with our clear coat, creates a unique depth effect that highlights the quality of the material particularly strongly.
